Grass is Greener Gimlet

From Episode XXXIV: Matot-Masei with Dr. Samantha Vinokor-Meinrath:

In honor of the grazing cattle of Reuben and Gad, and their desire to stay on their side of the Jordan, we proudly present, the Grass is Greener Gimlet

In a cocktail shaker, muddle together about ¼ cup chopped cucumber, 5 large mint leaves, and 1 oz simple syrup. Fill the shaker with ice and add in 2 oz vodka and 1 oz fresh lime juice.

Shake and strain into a coupe glass and garnish with a sprig of mint.

For a non-alcoholic version that’s just as green and just as delicious, switch out the vodka for 2 oz club soda — just stir instead of shaking.

Enjoy this drink, but remember your responsibility toward the rest of your people. Also, this drink, though inspired by grazing cattle, should not be consumed by animals.
